Mama’s Nourishing Retreat Day
Time for yourself to truly connect inside with other like minded mama’s. Expect to feel replenished, deeply relaxed and nourished for the days and weeks afterwards. A day of connection, rest, sharing circle, spa time, be held in a safe and sacred space without judgement. Optional 30 minutes massage.
Mama Circles
Summer Circles - New block of 3 monthly mama circles beginning 19th May 7-9pm. £45 for the block. An intimate circle of about 6 mamas navigating the baby and preschool life phases. A time to connect deeply with self. The space is well held, safe, non-judgemental. Expect to feel nourished, rested and connected within, a time to remember who you are beyond mothering, a space the reflect, release and grow. Experience the magic that comes when women sit in circle together. Experience healing herbs, guided creative meditation, shamanic themes, sound bath, sharing circle. Dates: 19.5.25, 16.6.25, 14.7.25.
