What others are saying

A Safe, Nurturing Space

“Mel holds the space with such warmth and curiosity. Being in the closed circle has been both profound and grounding. It feels nurturing to be held and heard by other women, all of us navigating motherhood, and discovering shared experiences.

Not once did I feel judged or out of place. The experience was gentle, restorative, and truly an act of self-care and nourishment.”

A Safe Space for Growth and Expression

“Melanie has created a safe, well-held space where I’ve felt completely comfortable sharing the ups and downs of my motherhood journey. She offers a wonderful mix of honest sharing, beautiful meditations, creative expression, and a warm, welcoming environment.

I’m excited to continue the circle and deepen my own learnings and releases.”

A Nourishing and Special Space

“Melanie holds such a warm, welcoming space. After each circle, I feel renewed and nourished, with that feeling lasting long after the session ends.

Being in a circle with other mothers of young children feels especially special, as it’s comforting to be held by someone further along in their own motherhood journey.”
